After the warranty period, we continue to offer video technical support, online support, spare parts, and field maintenance and repair service. Our local service location and showroom location are both situated in Germany.
Additionally, our product comes with a two-year warranty on core components. The hydraulic cylinder is power-coated with sandblasting, primer paint, middle paint, and finish paint for added durability and resistance to wear and tear.
