Product Features and Advantages
Our long stroke custom hydraulic cylinder is non-standard, with a piston cylinder structure and hydraulic power. It is made from high-quality steel, ensuring its durability and longevity. The piston rod measures between 10-1500mm, with tempering and nickel plating options available. Chrome or ceramic finishes can also be chosen based on your requirements.
The hydraulic cylinder operates at a pressure range of 5-300Mpa, with hydraulic oil as the working medium. The body material of the cylinder can be selected from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. The hydraulic cylinder coating is achieved through a process of sandblasting, primer paint, middle paint, and finish paint, providing a robust and durable finish.
The cylinder can operate at a temperature range of -40?? to +300??. The piston speed has a maximum of 1m/s. Different mounting styles such as earrings, flange, foot mounting, and screw thread are available. The warranty service includes video technical support and provision of spare parts.
Packaging and Shipping
