The honed tube, which can range from 20-2000mm, undergoes heat treatment, honing, and rolling for optimal performance. The piston rod, 10-1500mm in size, is tempered and can be plated with nickel, chrome, or ceramic. The working pressure of these units ranges from 5 to 300Mpa.

The surface coating involves a multistep process, including sandblasting, primer paint, middle paint, and finish paint.
